Please note that this is different from the app-dispatched and reserved taxi pickup area near Exit 7 on the 2nd floor.

Vehicles cannot remain at the airport pickup area for long periods, so your driver may wait nearby until you are ready.
Please contact us or your assigned driver via WhatsApp when you arrive at Hired Car Stand No. 0, or shortly before reaching the pickup point.
After receiving your message, the driver will normally reach the designated pickup location within approximately 3–5 minutes.

Passengers using the name board service may receive separate meeting instructions instead of the standard Hired Car Stand No. 0 pickup procedure.

・Scheduled pickup: 30 minutes free from the booked pickup time
※If your flight is delayed, we monitor the arrival status and adjust the pickup time accordingly. Additional waiting charges apply after the free waiting period.
