Tiei Syouji provides pre-booked private airport transfers for passengers arriving at Haneda Airport Terminal 2.
After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Terminal 2 arrivals lobby on the 1st floor and follow the photo guide on this page to Pickup Stand No. 1.
Pickup Point: Terminal 2, 1F, Pickup Stand No. 1
For Tiei Syouji private transfers at Haneda Airport Terminal 2, the standard meeting point is Pickup Stand No. 1 on the 1st floor, in the designated private-hire pickup area.
After collecting your luggage, follow the photo guide from the arrivals lobby to Stand No. 1. On the day of your transfer, your driver or our company account will contact you via WhatsApp. Please reply when you are at the pickup point and ready to board.
Please note that this is different from the app-dispatched and reserved taxi pickup area near Exit 2 on the 2nd floor.

Vehicles cannot remain at the airport pickup area for long periods, so your driver will normally wait nearby until you are ready.
On the day of your transfer, your driver or our company account will send you the meeting instructions, location details and vehicle information via WhatsApp.
When you reach Pickup Stand No. 1, or shortly before arriving there, please let your driver know that you are ready. After receiving your message, the driver will normally reach the pickup point within approximately 3–5 minutes.
※Arrival time may vary depending on airport congestion and traffic conditions.
On the Day of Your Transfer
Your driver or our company account will send you the meeting instructions, location and vehicle information. Please check your WhatsApp messages after arrival.
If you cannot find the pickup point, please stop where you are and contact us via WhatsApp. We will help confirm the correct route.
If you book our meet & greet service, your driver will wait at the designated arrivals area holding a sign with your name.
Passengers using the name board service may receive separate meeting instructions instead of the standard Pickup Stand No. 1 procedure.
※Optional name board service: JPY 1,000 per vehicle, tax included
・Airport pickup: 90 minutes free from the actual flight landing time
・Scheduled pickup: 30 minutes free from the booked pickup time
※If your flight is delayed, we monitor the arrival status and adjust the pickup accordingly. Additional waiting charges apply after the free waiting period.
