TIEI SYOUJI may arrange pickup near the 1F Police Box (Koban) at Haneda Airport Terminal 3.
The international Arrivals Lobby is on 2F. After immigration, baggage claim, and customs, take the elevator down to 1F Entrance Plaza and follow the photo guide to the designated meeting point near the Police Box (Koban).

At Haneda Airport Terminal 3, pickup may be arranged either on a designated parking level or near the 1F Police Box (Koban).

Please proceed to the meeting point shown in your booking confirmation or the WhatsApp message sent on the day.
If you were instructed to meet at the parking area, see this guide →Follow steps ①–⑥ in the photo guide below. From the 2F Arrivals Lobby, take the elevator down to 1F, exit the terminal building and proceed to the designated meeting point near the Police Box (Koban).

① Turn Right from the Arrivals Lobby
After immigration, baggage claim, and customs, enter the 2F Arrivals Lobby and turn right.
② Walk Toward the Elevator
Follow signs such as “Free Shuttle Bus between Terminals” and look for the elevator shown in the photo guide.
③ Take the Elevator
Take the elevator shown in the photo guide.
④ Go Down to 1F Entrance Plaza
Take the elevator down to “1F Entrance Plaza.”
⑤ Exit the Terminal and Turn Right
After reaching 1F, follow the photo guide outside the terminal building and turn right.
⑥ Proceed to the Meeting Point near the Police Box (Koban)
Proceed to the area near the Police Box (Koban) outside Terminal 3 on 1F and wait at the exact meeting point provided by TIEI SYOUJI.
Because vehicles cannot remain stopped for long near the meeting point, your driver may wait in the surrounding airport area.
Please contact TIEI SYOUJI or your driver via WhatsApp shortly before reaching the meeting point or once you arrive.
After you contact us, the vehicle will usually arrive at the designated pickup point in about 3–5 minutes.

Meeting Point on the Day
Depending on airport congestion and vehicle waiting conditions, the meeting point may be changed on the day.
If you arrive at a different location from the one provided, or if you cannot find the meeting point, please stop and contact TIEI SYOUJI or your driver via WhatsApp.
If you request a name board, your driver will wait at the designated location in the Arrivals Lobby holding a board with your name.
Customers who book the name board option will receive separate meeting instructions for the Arrivals Lobby.
* Name board option: JPY 1,000 (tax included)
• Pickup based on flight arrival: 90 minutes free from the actual landing time
• Scheduled-time pickup: 30 minutes free from the scheduled pickup time
* If your flight is delayed, we will check the flight status and adjust the pickup time. Additional waiting charges apply after the free waiting period.
From the meeting point at Haneda Airport Terminal 3 to your destination, your dedicated driver will provide a safe and comfortable private transfer.
