TIEI SYOUJI provides pickup at a designated parking level at Haneda Airport Terminal 3.
After arriving on an international flight, proceed from the Arrivals Lobby toward the parking area and come to the meeting point on the designated level provided to you in advance.

At Haneda Airport Terminal 3, we may arrange pickup either on a designated parking level or near the 1F Police Box (Koban).

After arriving at Haneda Airport Terminal 3, follow the photo guide from the Arrivals Lobby toward the parking area and proceed to the meeting point on the designated parking level provided to you in advance.
① After landing, complete immigration and collect your baggage
② Pass through customs and enter the Arrivals Lobby
③ Follow signs for “Parking”
④ Proceed to the designated parking level provided in advance
⑤ When you reach the meeting point, contact TIEI SYOUJI or your driver
Because vehicles cannot remain stopped for long near the meeting point, your driver may wait in the surrounding airport area.
Please contact TIEI SYOUJI or your driver via WhatsApp shortly before reaching the meeting point or once you arrive.
After we receive your message, the vehicle will usually arrive at the designated pickup point in about 3–5 minutes.
* Arrival time may vary depending on airport traffic and congestion.
Pickup Location on the Day
Depending on airport congestion and vehicle waiting conditions, the meeting point may be changed on the day.
If you arrive at a different location from the one provided, or if you cannot find the meeting point, please stop and contact TIEI SYOUJI or your driver.
If you request a name board, your driver will wait at the designated location in the Arrivals Lobby holding a board with your name.
Customers who book the name board option will receive separate meeting instructions from the standard pickup location.
* Name board option: JPY 1,000 (tax included)
• Pickup based on flight arrival: 90 minutes free from the actual landing time
• Scheduled-time pickup: 30 minutes free from the scheduled pickup time
* If your flight is delayed, we will check the flight status and adjust the pickup time. Additional waiting charges apply after the free waiting period.
From the meeting point at Haneda Airport Terminal 3 to your destination, your dedicated driver will provide a safe and comfortable private transfer.
