No. Alphard / Vellfire vehicles do not accept bicycle bags. If you are travelling with a bicycle bag, please enquire about a Toyota HiAce. We will check the bicycle bag dimensions, passenger count and any other luggage before confirming the vehicle.
Yes. We offer private transfers between Haneda or Narita Airport and hotels, homes and designated addresses in Tokyo’s 23 wards.
We check flight status and coordinate pickup around the actual arrival. The 90-minute complimentary waiting period starts when your flight lands.
