Airport pickup includes up to 90 minutes of free waiting from the flight arrival time.
Hotel and residence pickups include up to 30 minutes of free waiting from the scheduled pickup time.
Some streets in Nozawa Onsen Village are narrow and winter snow can change vehicle access. Please provide your accommodation name in advance; when door access is not practical, we will confirm the nearest suitable vehicle-accessible point.
