Airport pickup includes up to 90 minutes of free waiting from the flight arrival time.
Hotel and residence pickups include up to 30 minutes of free waiting from the scheduled pickup time.
Mountain roads around Naeba and Kagura can be affected by snow, ice and restrictions. Kagura has different base access points, including Mitsumata and Tashiro, so please provide the exact station or accommodation when booking.
