A clear guide to meeting your driver after arriving at Narita Airport Terminal 1 South Wing
From Exit S to the Designated Meeting Point | Optional Name Sign Service | 90 Minutes Free Waiting from Flight Arrival Time
After arriving at Narita Airport Terminal 1 South Wing, follow the directions shown in the image to Exit S, cross the pedestrian crossing, and proceed to the designated meeting point.
① After your flight arrives, complete immigration and collect your baggage
② Pass through customs and proceed to the South Wing arrivals lobby
③ Proceed from the arrivals lobby toward Exit S
④ Exit through Exit S, cross the pedestrian crossing, and proceed to the designated meeting point
⑤ Once you reach the meeting point, contact our company or your assigned driver
※Long-term stopping is not permitted near the meeting point, so your driver may wait nearby until you contact us. After you get in touch, the driver will normally arrive at the meeting point in approximately 3–5 minutes.
If you request our name sign service, your driver will wait at the designated area in the arrivals lobby holding a sign with your name.
This makes it easier to meet your driver, especially if it is your first time arriving at Narita Airport.
