After immigration, baggage claim and customs, proceed to the International Arrivals Lobby on the 2nd floor. From there, follow the photo guide on this page to our designated pickup point.

For Tiei Syouji international pickups at Haneda Airport Terminal 2, proceed from the 2F International Arrivals Lobby to our designated pickup point.
After completing immigration, collecting your luggage and clearing customs, enter the International Arrivals Lobby and follow the route shown in the photo guide below.
When you reach the designated pickup point, please contact us or your assigned driver via WhatsApp.
The International Arrivals Lobby at Haneda Airport Terminal 2 is on the 2nd floor. After entering the arrivals lobby, use the guide below to reach our designated pickup point.
① Proceed through immigration after your flight arrives

③ Enter the Terminal 2 International Arrivals Lobby on the 2nd floor
④ Follow the photo guide to our designated pickup point
⑤ Contact us or your assigned driver via WhatsApp when you arrive
Vehicles cannot remain at the airport pickup area for long periods, so your driver may wait nearby until you are ready.
When you reach the designated pickup point, or shortly before arriving there, please contact us or your assigned driver via WhatsApp.
After receiving your message, the driver will normally reach the designated pickup point within approximately 3–5 minutes.
※Arrival time may vary depending on airport congestion and traffic conditions.
On the Day of Your Transfer
Your driver or our company account will send you the meeting instructions, location details and vehicle information via WhatsApp.
If you cannot find the meeting point, please stop where you are and send us a photo or your current location via WhatsApp. We will guide you from there.
If you book our meet & greet service, your driver will wait at the designated international arrivals area holding a sign with your name.
Passengers using the name board service may receive separate meeting instructions instead of the standard pickup procedure. We will send the meeting details in advance.
※Optional name board service: JPY 1,000 per vehicle, tax included
・Airport pickup: 90 minutes free from the actual flight landing time
・Scheduled pickup: 30 minutes free from the booked pickup time
※If your flight is delayed, we monitor the arrival status and adjust the pickup accordingly. Additional waiting charges apply after the free waiting period.
